In celebration of the season, Eloise Nichols, a charming all-day café, is now offering up a taste of Christmas spirit with their annual Holiday Pop-Up Bar.

Owned and operated by the family behind premier restaurant group Adair Concepts, Eloise Nichols is an American bistro nestled between River Oaks District and bustling Highland Village. The neighborhood restaurant takes its name and its cue from the Adair siblings’ grandmother––a no-nonsense, classic Texas beauty. The ethos of Eloise is woven through every detail, from a thoughtful menu to an open, unrushed ambiance, much like the warmth of her living room where the family lingered hours after a meal was complete.

Available from December 1 through 31, the holiday cocktail menu features $10 classics such as the Eloise Hot Toddy, House Nog, An Old Fashioned Christmas, St. Nicks Negroni and Hot Mulled Wine, plus an original Shopper Spritz with brut, aperol, cranberry, orange bitters, lemon and rosemary. The festive drinks are also available during Eloise Nichols’ happy hour, every day from 3 –6 p.m., for only $7.
