Marmo, the esteemed culinary haven nestled within the vibrant Montrose Collective – announced today a partnership with Agricola Bellaria Vineyards to present an unforgettable wine dinner on Tuesday, August 15 at 7 p.m.

The swanky event, set to take place in Marmo’s enchanting private dining room, will guide guests through an immersive culinary journey spotlighting Bellaria’s exceptional wines. From a coastal-inspired aperitivo that evokes the sea breeze, to the freshest seafood and a touch of Texan wagyu, each course is expertly prepared to highlight the flavors, ingredients, and culinary traditions of the Italian coast. Through each sip, Agricola Bellaria’s expert sommelier will guide guests through the sensory exploration of each wine, offering insights into the tasting notes and the rich history of wine production in Campania, Italy.

The meticulously crafted five-course meal, masterminded by Executive Chef Eli Jackson, is set to tantalize taste buds with an artistic interplay of textures and aromas, taking diners on a captivating journey through coastal-inspired cuisine. 

First Course, Hamachi

Apricot, watermelon ginger vinaigrette, and basil. Paired with Bellaria Greco di Tufo,a white wine distinguished by its floral tasting notes, where the flavors of apple and pear Williams prevail, with an important note of melon.

Second Course, Diver Scallop

Uni, caviar, and buttermilk shoyu. Paired with Bellaria Falanghina, a full-bodied white wine with an almost floral aftertaste and delicious notes of slightly bitter almond.

Third Course, Smoked Duck Breast

Duck leg roulade, spiced plums, and demi. Paired with Bellaria Irpinia Aglianico, a medium-bodied red wine featuring notes of black-cherry jam and white pepper alongside lithe tannins and fresh acidity.

Fourth Course, Wagyu Brisket

Roasted cherries and corn puree. Paired with Bellaria Taurasi Aglianico, a ruby red wine completed by delicious notes of black cherry, cake spice, espresso, and vanilla before an astringent, drying finish.

Fifth Course, Fig-Foie Gras Stuffed Zeppole

Peach-calabrian chutney and infused sugar dust. Paired with a rich and creamy Pesche e Panna Martini featuring peach, vanilla gelato, and prosecco.
