Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office was recognized for his office’s exemplary service in the fight against drunk drivers on our roadways.

Deputy George Nassour was presented the Award of Merit from the Harris County Toll Road Authority for making over 1,000 traffic stops which led to 109 suspected drunk driver arrests in 2022. His proactive actions also resulted in 29 felonies and 114 misdemeanor arrests.

“We are extremely proud of Deputy Nassour for the great job he does taking impaired drivers off our roadways, he undoubtedly has made a difference and has saved lives,” Constable Herman said.
