Our friends at Cooking Professionally have provided a next level Boozy Hot Chocolate recipe to add a little merriment to your winter.
Ingredients
• 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 6 ounces milk, heated
• 1 1/2 ounces spirit of choice
• mini marshmallows, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Pour the chopped chocolate into a mug.
Step 2
Pour the hot milk into the mug and let it stand until the chocolate melts, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the spirit of your choice into the mug, stirring to combine.
Step 5
Garnish with mini marshmallows and serve.
