In Barbie World, everything’s fabulously pink, including the food. In celebration of the highly anticipated Barbie movie releasing this July 21, many restaurants are hopping on the pink train to join the Barbie fun. Check out these pink dishes and drinks – cheers!

In celebration of the new Barbie movie premiere, The Woodlands hot spot Amrina is adding two special dishes and a signature Barbie cocktail to their Chef’s Table tasting menu. Indulge in all pink and delicious things with their signature Tuna Tartare composed of yellowfin tuna, avocado, granny smith apple, sesame, salmon roe, and topped with tropical pink flowers. To finish off your tasting, step into the Barbie dream with their Clouds of Barbie dessert with pistachio cake and rose espura topped with a pistachio macaron and pistachio butter-filled gold lips. If you prefer to drink your pink, try their new Bartail – the perfectly pink cocktail featuring pisco, grapefruit juice, Campari, and simple syrup.

Blossom Hotel, Houston’s newest luxury hotel, is celebrating the Barbie movie in style with a special Barbie Cocktail Menu. The dedicated menu showcases a trio of pink cocktails at their dazzling pink-accented rendezVu lobby bar, exclusively available during premiere weekend, July 21-23. Start your morning off in true Barbie fashion with their Malibu Mimosa ($18) featuring peach schnapps, raspberry puree, lychee puree, pink glitter and prosecco. Their Margarita in Pink ($17) with strawberry, creme de violette, fresh lime juice, triple sec, agave, tequila and pink sugar rim is not only refreshing but so perfectly pink that even Barbie would have to Instagram it. Lastly, their Malibu Beach Soda ($17) with elderflower liqueur, malibu rum, pink glitter and club soda, served over ice, will transport you straight to beaches of Cali.

Postino is making your Barbie beverage dreams come true with their Barbie Dream Spritz ($9) available at all six Houston locations during the opening weekend of the Barbie movie, from Friday, July 21 through Sunday, July 30. Mixed with an aperitivo mazzura cappelletti, Cocchi Rosa and sparkling rosé, the Barbie Dream Spritz is garnished with a fresh strawberry and served with a pink straw, of course! To round out the girl power moment, Postino has partnered with Girls Who Code, an organization working towards empowering and supporting young women to pursue tech careers. Co-founded by the female powerhouse Lauren Bailey, Postino will donate $1 from each Barbie Dream Spritz cocktail sold to Girls Who Code to close the gender pay gap in the tech industry.
