We could go on and on about the outrage that is brewing across America after a compilation video was released to the public showing a snippet of the movements of a teen gunman and the responding officers at the Uvalde mass shooting that left 19 students and two teachers dead.

The first set of emotions are coming from the early release of the video – which was leaked before the victims’ families were prepared – and the second set of emotions are coming primarily from the appall of what the police are seen doing.

The video, obtained by the Austin American-Statesman and KVUE, shows the confusion inside Robb Elementary School as police stand outside classrooms.

According to video that was released Tuesday, officers – for more than 77 minutes – lingered in the hallways, refusing to breach the classroom where the gunman was in, continuously firing rounds at the innocent children and teachers held inside.

You see the gunman casually walking through the halls, armed with an AR-15 rifle, and casually flipping his hair before walking into two classrooms and shooting everyone in sight.

You also see officers in full tactical gear arriving on the scene within minutes, but doing what some are considering absolutely nothing to put an end to the massacre. For more than an hour, they stood in the hallway, listening to the horror that was unfolding, and either paralyzed with fear or confusion, totally made people lose faith in the “protect and serve” motto of law enforcement.

With mouth-dropping movements, a couple of officers were seen on video disinfecting themselves by pumping HAND SANITIZER from a dispenser on the wall.

So many questions, but sadly, many answers never to come.

The video is hard to watch. We PRAY for the victims, their families and AMERICA! We also pray for the officers under intense scrutiny, who had a front seat to the unspeakable and unimaginable horror of that day.
