Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons taco seasoning
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1/4 cup green chiles, chopped
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
• 2 pounds of ground beef

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray.

Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together the taco seasoning, tomato paste, green chiles, eggs, breadcrumbs, and cilantro until well combined.

Step 4: Gently mix in the beef until combined.

Step 5: Roll the beef mixture into 1-inch balls.

Step 6: Place the balls into the prepared baking dish.

Step 7: Bake until cooked through at 160 degrees F, about 20-22 minutes.

Step 8: Serve hot.
