As diners step into the new year with renewed goals for health and balance, Berg Hospitality Group is helping Houston keep those wellness resolutions—without sacrificing incredible food. This month, the restaurant group has rolled out The January Reset, a lineup of three-course, prix-fixe menus designed to prove that clean eating can still deliver bold, crave-worthy flavor.

Available now through January 31, every Berg concept across the city is offering its own spin on mindful dining: seasonal ingredients, smarter portions, lean proteins, and lighter preparations — all at approachable, value-driven price points.

From Mediterranean and French influences to modern Italian favorites and prime steaks, there’s a Reset menu for every palate:

  • Annabelle Brasserie brings fresh to French cuisine with starters like beet salad and octopus, followed by entrées such as Chicken Paillard, Seared Branzino, and Tuna Niçoise.
  • B&B Butchers keeps it classic with Simply Grilled Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, and signature filets served over spinach.
  • B.B. Italia adds a healthy twist to Italian favorites with Minestrone, Pasta Primavera, and Grilled Chicken with asparagus and sprouts.
  • Prime 131 highlights clean, ingredient-driven dishes such as Salt-Grilled Branzino and Marinated Chicken with grilled asparagus.
  • The Annie Café & Bar offers lighter takes on comfort favorites with Grilled Gulf Red Snapper, Atlantic Salmon with piquillo-fennel ragout, and a lean Prime Filet Mignon option.
  • Trattoria Sofia offers wholesome Italian fare, including Kale & Quinoa Salad, Wood Oven Roasted Verlasso Salmon, and whole-wheat Fettuccine with corn and tomato.
  • Turner’s rounds out the collection with refined, protein-focused plates like Dover Sole Meunière, Red Snapper with cauliflower purée, and USDA Prime Filets.

And yes — dessert is absolutely still on the table. Diners can end their wellness-minded meal with options that feel indulgent yet light, from mixed berries and sorbets to Nutella crepes with blueberry compote.

To support those participating in Dry January, Berg Hospitality is also expanding its zero-proof beverage selections, including wine, beer, and mocktails. A new protein-forward mocktail is currently in development and expected to debut later this month.

Whether you’re leaning into healthy habits or simply craving a fresh start to your dining routine, The January Reset makes it easy — and delicious — to stay on track.
