Houston-Based KSCR Media Plus Wins Four Telly Awards for HCTRA Campaign

KSCR Media Plus is making waves in the world of visual storytelling, taking home not one—but four Bronze honors at the 46th Annual Telly Awards for its powerful “HCTRA Keep It Moving” campaign.
The campaign, produced for the Harris County Toll Road Authority, was recognized across four competitive categories: Branding, Business-to-Consumer, Promotional, and Products & Services.
The Telly Awards celebrate excellence in video and television across all screens. With over 13,000 entries submitted from around the globe this year, winners included major players like Pixar Animation Studios, NASA, ESPN, and MTV Entertainment Studios. For a Houston-based, women-owned media agency to stand alongside those names? That’s major.
The “Keep It Moving” campaign creatively spotlighted HCTRA’s commitment to modern, inclusive mobility—highlighting innovations such as EZ TAGs, expanded tollways, and infrastructure improvements designed for both drivers and non-motorists like cyclists and pedestrians.
“We’re honored to be recognized among the best in the industry,” said Kim Gagné, Co-Owner at KSCR Media Plus. “These wins reflect the power of creative storytelling in public service—exactly what Kreative Solutions, Real Content is all about.”
Her business partner, Cristina Kooker, added: “Big shout out to the HCTRA Communications Department—the real visionaries behind the campaign. We simply helped bring their ideas to life with our incredible production team.”
KSCR Media Plus has carved out a name as one of Houston’s leading media production firms. The company, founded and led by two powerhouse women, specializes in video production, marketing, branding, and storytelling that moves the needle. Their motto says it all: Kreative Solutions, Real Content.
