Two unique culinary concepts bring luxury cookies and bold Indo-African pies to downtown Houston.
POST Market just got even tastier. Two delicious new vendors—Myoa Cookies and 2 Phat Bastards—have joined the vibrant food hall lineup at POST Houston, each offering a one-of-a-kind experience that foodies won’t want to miss.
Founded by Nigerian singer/songwriter Mayowa Sobamowo, Myoa Cookies delivers more than just a sweet treat—it’s a heartfelt tribute to a late friend and a celebration of indulgence. Inspired by Cy Jackson’s love for cookie cakes, Myoa has created a bakery that elevates the humble cookie into a luxury item.
Every cookie is made-to-order using organic ingredients like gourmet chocolate and unbleached flour. Signature flavors include French chocolate, strawberries & dream, sea salt caramel, and golden hazelnut. The cookies come in stunning gift-ready packages or can be purchased in sets of 4, 6, or 12—with mini bite options available too.
Bringing the rich flavors of Zimbabwe and India to Houston, 2 Phat Bastards is the brainchild of lifelong friends Nilesh Ranchod and Rajen Giga. Their savory pies are inspired by generations-old family recipes and feature golden, buttery pastry crusts filled with bold, comforting flavors.
Menu highlights include pepper steak, chicken curry, and spinach paneer—each offering a perfectly flaky bite of home for fans of international comfort food.
You can enjoy both Myoa Cookies and 2 Phat Bastards at POST Market, located inside POST Houston at 401 Franklin Street, Houston, TX 77201. This dynamic food hall resides in the historic Barbara Jordan Post Office building, now transformed into a vibrant cultural and culinary hub in downtown Houston .
