Houston’s own smashburger sensation, Trill Burgers, is hitting the road — but staying close to home. In collaboration with legendary rapper Bun B, the award-winning burger brand has officially opened its second brick-and-mortar location in the Houston area. The new Trill Burgers is now serving guests in Spring, Texas, located 25 miles north of downtown Houston at 6810 Louetta Road.

After creating a frenzy with the opening of its flagship store on Shepherd Drive in Montrose last year, Trill Burgers continues its ambitious expansion across Greater Houston. Two more locations are already on the horizon for later this year: one in Missouri City and another in west Houston on Westheimer Road.

New Flavors, Familiar Favorites

The Spring location offers all the fan-favorite staples that put Trill Burgers on the map — including the OG Burger, named “Best Burger in America” by Good Morning America in 2022. Guests can dig into the classic smashed all-beef patties layered with pickles, caramelized onions, Trill Sauce, and American cheese on a pillowy potato roll.

Other menu highlights include:

  • The Vegan OG Burger with plant-based patties and vegan cheese
  • The towering Triple OG and Triple Vegan OG
  • Kid-friendly Lil G and Vegan Lil G meals
  • Seasoned fries to complete the experience

New to the menu is the highly anticipated Trill Lemonade, which made its debut at the 2025 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Guests can sip on Classic Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, or an iced tea blend Arnold Palmer, all made from a proprietary in-house recipe. The Spring store also introduces a new partnership with Coca-Cola for fountain drinks, alongside an extended DoorDash collaboration for exclusive delivery and pickup.

“The support our community continues to show has been nothing short of incredible,” Bun B said. “We’re so grateful for this city, and we’re excited to expand to the north side of Houston. To our new neighbors and visitors in Spring, we’re thrilled to be joining your community. We hope to see y’all at Trill Burgers very soon.”

The new 3,023-square-foot restaurant, a former Dairy Queen, features seating for 76 guests inside and 32 on the patio. Designed by Houston’s Construction Concepts & Design under Josh Weisman, the space captures Trill’s unmistakable black-and-yellow color palette with a fresh, industrial flair. Neon signage, warm wood accents, and vibrant murals by Houston graphic artist Todd Louis create a fast-casual atmosphere that feels distinctly — and unapologetically — Trill.

A Brand on the Rise

Trill Burgers’ expansion reflects the momentum Bun B and his partners have built since launching the concept.

“Our team has been working on this for a long time,” said Trill Burgers co-founder Nick Scurfield.
“We are so excited to open this second location in Spring and take another big step in bringing Trill Burgers to more communities across Houston. We’re just getting started.”

Already a favorite among celebrities and entertainers like Drake, Mike Tyson, DJ Khaled, Shaquille O’Neal, and Travis Scott, Trill Burgers has firmly established itself as a must-try experience in Houston’s bustling food scene.

Beyond restaurants, the brand has become a cultural institution, partnering with the Houston Texans, serving fans at NRG Stadium, and creating an immersive “Trill Town” at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
