Berg Hospitality Group is excited to announce the return of The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse at the 2025 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™. An official sponsor of RODEOHOUSTON®, The Ranch provides Rodeo-goers with the option of a casual or formal sit-down dining experience within a handsomely designed 16,000 square-foot, climatecontrolled tent on the NRG grounds. The biggest party on the fairgrounds, the venue buzzes with nightly DJs, private event spaces, and a VIP area with reserved seating throughout the Rodeo season.

Now in its fourth year, The Ranch will offer guests three distinct dining experiences: The Saloon, The Steakhouse, and a carnival-style walk up window. The Saloon offers an upscale casual dining experience on a first-come, first-served basis, featuring a spacious main bar, as well as The Porch— a covered outdoor patio with cocktail tables. The Steakhouse provides a fine dining atmosphere where guests can reserve tables in advance.

Back again this year is an outer walk-up window serving a unique spin on classic carnival fare. The take-and-go menu includes elevated versions of handheld rodeo favorites, including 100% Texas Wagyu Corn Dogs and Hot Dogs. This year, it will also feature bites from Berg Hospitality Group’s latest concept, Buttermilk Baby, including the iconic No Finer Diner Cheeseburger and the famous Flying Saucer® Ice Cream Sandwiches from beloved Carvel™.

“We are so excited to bring back The Ranch to RODEOHOUSTON® for a fourth year,” says Benjamin Berg, founder and CEO of Berg Hospitality Group. “This year, we’re bringing some crowd favorites from our newest concept, Buttermilk Baby, to Rodeo-goers. It’s all about taking those classic, nostalgic flavors and kicking them up a notch with top-quality ingredients. Get ready, Houston!”

The Ranch menus are comprised of signature dishes from Berg Hospitality’s B&B Butchers & Restaurant, The Annie Café & Bar and B.B. Lemon, along with selections created specifically for the rodeo. While both menus feature fan favorite appetizers like Chef Tommy’s Bacon, Whipped Ricotta, and Crab Tostadas, The Steakhouse will exclusively offer the finest cuts of Kobe, Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef and dry-aged USDA Prime beef, as well as caviar and an array of fresh seafood. Upscale, yet approachable, The Saloon menu will offer tavern-style dishes ranging from handhelds to steak frites and Corn Soufflé. Both menus are offered in The Saloon, including the main bar and The Porch, but only The Steakhouse menu is offered in the fine dining area with reservations.

Back by popular demand, Berg Hospitality Group will also return with “The Ranch After Dark,” an elevated nightlife experience featuring Houston’s hottest DJs spinning nightly. Guests can reserve lounge tables from 9pm until close with the option to order a la carte drinks or bottle service with a $500 minimum per table.

Also returning for 2025 is the exclusive Steakholder area, featuring 20 premium tables located in The Steakhouse. Ideal for committees, companies, or passionate rodeo fans, these coveted Steakholder Tables can be reserved for up to 6 guests for $12,000 or up to 10 guests for $20,000. Each table includes branded signage, access to a private bar and restrooms, and dedicated dining attendants.
