Students must apply by October 31 to secure their spot in this renowned program. Now in its 18th year, Disney Dreamers Academy provides mentorship to culturally diverse high school students across the U.S.

Program Overview

The academy offers a variety of workshops led by celebrities, educators, business executives, community leaders, and Disney cast members. These sessions introduce 100 selected students to careers in business, entertainment, STEM, and more, including opportunities at The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, students develop valuable skills like leadership, communication, and networking.

Application Process and Benefits

The Disney Dreamers Academy application is open to U.S. high school students aged 13 to 19. A panel of experts will review the applications, and selected participants will be announced in early 2025. The 100 chosen students will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, along with one parent or guardian. The experience combines inspiration, education, and fun at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
