Southern hip-hop royalty is coming to Class Bookstore. The First Lady of No Limit Records, Mia X, will host a special meet and greet on September 17, 2024, to celebrate the release of her highly anticipated cookbook and memoir, Things My Grandma Told Me, Things My Grandma Showed Me. Fans and food enthusiasts alike can join her at 3803 Sampson St. #C at 6:30 p.m. for an intimate book signing.

Mia X, known for her trailblazing career in the hip-hop industry, is now sharing her culinary roots and personal stories in a heartfelt collection that pays homage to her Southern upbringing. The cookbook/memoir dives deep into her family recipes and life lessons passed down from her grandmother, offering readers a blend of soulful cooking and inspiring anecdotes.
