Directions

Step 1 – Divide the beef into six portions and gently mold each portion into equal-sized burger patties.

Step 2 – Push down on the center of each of the patties to make a mini dome shape.

Step 3 – Generously season one side of each of the patties with the salt and the pepper.

Step 4 – In a pan over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.

Step 5 – Add three of the patties to the oil, seasoned-side down.

Step 6 – Generously season the other side of the patties with the salt and the pepper and allow the patties to fry, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 7 – Flip the patties, top them with the cheese slices, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 125 degrees F for medium-rare, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining patties.

Step 8 – Toast the muffins in the remaining burger fat or in a toaster.

Step 9 – While the patties are frying, add the butter to another pan.

Step 10 – Add the grated potatoes to the butter and fry, stirring frequently and breaking up the potatoes, until they begin to brown.

Step 11 – Add the onion powder, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper to the potatoes.

Step 12 – Fry the potatoes, adding more of the butter, until they are golden and crispy. Set aside.

Step 13 – Scoop the flesh from the avocados into a bowl and gently smash with a fork.

Step 14 – Stir the extra-virgin olive oil, the lemon juice, the salt, and the pepper into the smashed avocado.

Step 15 – Place the bottom half of a toasted muffin on a plate, then top with the sriracha mayonnaise, the hash browns, the smashed avocado, the burger, the egg, the bacon, and the top half of the toasted muffin. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.

Step 16 – Serve.
