After last year’s historic turnout for Bun B’s headlining RodeoHouston performance, complete with an All-Star lineup of legendary Houston artists, it is no surprise that “Hip Hop” will be the feature theme of next year’s Black Heritage concert for RodeoHouston.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo released on Monday the genre calendar for the upcoming 2023 RodeoHouston concert series.

Black Heritage Day, presented by Kroger, will be on Feb. 3, 2023.

As of right now, we do not know WHO the entertainer(s) will be , but the official announcement for the complete entertainment lineup will be held on Thursday, Jan. 5.

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, Jan. 12, and will be sold in two waves.

The waves will be as follows:

WAVE 1: Performances for Feb. 28 – March 9. Ticket sales begin at 10 a.m., with the online waiting room opening at 9:30 a/.m.

WAVE 2: Performances for March 10 – March 19. Ticket sales begin at 2 p.m., with waiting room opening at 1:30 p.m.
