Mouthwatering Wednesday: Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients:
• 4 pork loin chops
• kosher salt, to taste
• ground black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper.
Step 2: Mix together the butter, rosemary, and garlic in a bowl.
Step 3: Add the oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Set the pork chops in the skillet with the hot oil.
Step 5: Cook the pork for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 6: Place the skillet in the oven, and cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 7: Serve with the garlic butter.
