Is there anything this Hot Girl can’t do?

The Grammy award-winning artist and philanthropist Megan Thee Stallion is being honored by the city of Houston with a key to the city and an official personal day.

The key was presented to the “Big Ole Freak” rapper by Mayor Sylvester Turner in a ceremony, where it was also declared that May 2nd, the date of Megan’s late mother’s birthday, would be Megan Thee Stallion Day.

Megan was selected for the honor due to her philanthropic efforts, including her non-profit organization, the Pete and Davis Foundation which was made in honor of Thee Stallion’s parents. The non-profit focuses on education, housing, health, and wellness.

“Megan Thee Stallion has an extraordinary entertainment career, but we wanted to honor her for what she does offstage to lift people’s lives in underserved communities,” Mayor Turner said. “She assisted people after the 2021 winter storm, during the pandemic, and helped those struggling with homelessness. I look forward to watching her grow as an artist and humanitarian.”

The artist has always represented the city of Houston through her music, and attributes her accomplishments to Houston.
