Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil• 2 pounds pork chops• 1/2 cup water• 1/2 cup barbeque sauce• salt, to taste• pepper, for taste

Directions

Step 1

Drizzle a skillet with the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat on the stove-top.Step 2

Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 5 minutes.Step 3

Season with salt and pepper.Step 4

Flip the pork chops.Step 5

Season the other side and sear for another 5 minutes.Step 6

Add in the water and barbeque sauce.Step 7

Cover and simmer on low until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.Step 8

Serve hot!
