Dinner with a bang: Delicious, crispy, air-fried Bang Bang Cauliflower

This insanely delicious and crispy Bang Bang Cauliflower recipe is sure to bring the ‘bang’ to lunch or dinner. Not only is this dish vegan, it is easy and a sure-fire way of getting your kids to finally eat and enjoy their vegetables. • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon sriracha
• juice of 1 lime
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
• kosher salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro, for garnish
In the oven:
Step 1
Set your oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Whisk olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated.
Step 3
Spread the cauliflower on a large baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
In the air fryer:
Step 1
Whisk olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated. Season generously with salt and pepper and toss again.
Step 2
Place 1/3 of the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 360 degrees F for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Repeat the process with the remaining 2/3 of the cauliflower.
