This insanely delicious and crispy Bang Bang Cauliflower recipe is sure to bring the ‘bang’ to lunch or dinner. Not only is this dish vegan, it is easy and a sure-fire way of getting your kids to finally eat and enjoy their vegetables. This recipe, brought to you by our friends at Cooking Professionally, can be used as a side or even a spicy snack!

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 

• 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce 

• 1 tablespoon sriracha 

• juice of 1 lime 

• 3 cloves garlic, minced 

• 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets 

• kosher salt 

• freshly ground black pepper 

• 1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro, for garnish 

Directions

In the oven: 

Step 1

Set your oven temperature to 425 degrees F. 

Step 2

Whisk olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated. 

Step 3

Spread the cauliflower on a large baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked. Garnish with cilantro and serve. 

In the air fryer: 

Step 1

Whisk olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated. Season generously with salt and pepper and toss again. 

Step 2

Place 1/3 of the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 360 degrees F for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Repeat the process with the remaining 2/3 of the cauliflower.
