A new ‘Prison Bae’ has social media in shambles over prison photos
The incarcerated ‘Pretty Gangsta’ shared her prison photos over the Christmas holiday and let’s just say there may be a few people anxiously awaiting her release.
“Merry Christmas from the Pretty Gangsta, #FreeMe #FreeNyla,” the Dec. 25 post from Nyla Murrell’s Facebook account said. The post has now reached 11K likes and almost 5K shares.

The newest ‘Prison Bae’ has been identified as Nyla Tomeka Murrell-French. The 22-year-old is serving a seven year sentence for stabbing a 17-year-old girl at a St. Paul, Minnesota gas station in 2019.
Murrell-French was charged with first degree assault and the victim suffered a collapsed lung, jugular injuries, and continued nerve damage.
