Premier custom tailor and business owner Lawrence McQueen and celebrity hairstylist Kimberly Aitch, of Kim Aitch’s Camera Ready, announced their latest philanthropic community initiative, “Jackets Required.”

The stylish business owners will partner with nonprofit organizations and small businesses to host nights of fundraising and fashion, aptly named “Jackets Required.” The goal of each event is to bring awareness to how leveling up your style can give you the confidence to succeed.

“You would be surprised at how many young men between the ages of 25 and 35 do not know how important it is to have a nice sports coat,” said McQueen. “The new generation is all about athleisure wear, and I want to show them how to do it the right way.

“We want to erase the stigma that a man has to be in a suit and tie to look professional,” said Aitch. “A young man can look just as nice in a button-down shirt a pair of fitted jeans with a pair of Chelsea Boots, a sports coat, and a nice watch.”

It’s the intricate details that make people look at you differently.

The idea of applying pressure radiates when you’re dressed like a man who knows what he wants. Styles change, hairstyles change, fashion changes but the one thing that never goes out of style is confidence.

“Wearing a jacket exudes confidence, and people respond positively while giving your self-esteem a healthy boost,” said McQueen.
