Mayor Sylvester Turner celebrates 713 Day by freestyling and dancing to “Southside”

The “Southside” dance by Lil KeKe is as Houston as it gets, and Mayor Sylvester Turner was determined to show us how it’s done. J-Mac from Houston’s 97.9 The Box radio station challenged the Mayor to a freestyle. Mayor Turner then went on to lay his bars on the track.

Before long, Mayor Turner was dancing with the Houstonian youth, schooling them on how the “Southside” is really done.
