The world is opening up again thanks to the COVID vaccine, but we are not out of the woods yet.

According to the Center for Disease Control, we should still be wearing face masks and practicing social distancing protocols around large crowds.

Here are a few tips to help you stay safe and enjoy your Easter holiday.

1.Gather your loved ones for an outside Easter brunch. You can space the tables and chairs 6 feet apart to allow for socially distanced conversation.

2. Have pre-made plates of food that family members can grab and go. This will remove the potential spreading of germs.

3. For those who are intent on having an Easter Egg Hunt, place the eggs across a wide stretch of land and give each child one minute to hunt for the eggs. Do not let them all go at the same time. This will allow each kid to stay separated but to still enjoy the hunt and pick a winner.

If you do not have a large space to hold your gathering, check with your local parks and recreation. Parks are the perfect place to gather and spread out to allow for social distancing. You can also check with your local school. Most schools have been very flexible during the pandemic and will allow you to use the outdoor playground.

Have A Happy Easter!
