Jay-Z has become the latest celebrity to join the cannabis business.

The 51-year-old music mogul has created a luxury brand of marijuana called “Monogram.”

“Monogram marks a new chapter in cannabis defined by dignity, care and consistency. It is a collective effort to bring you the best, and a humble pursuit to discover what the best truly means,” said Jay.

According to Monogram’s website, the new product line is a premium quality smoke that has been curated to provide a superior high, with multiple flavors.

“Monogram flower is grown in small batches, allowing for every plant to receive the attention it deserves. Our grow-by-grow approach and unique potency designation allows us to highlight the nuances in between batches and tell you the story of every flower,” the site states.

The website also mentions that a team of grow experts spent 20 months cultivating each strand.

“Monogram’s team has worked diligently over the last 20 months to curate a proprietary family of strains featuring a flavor profile for every smoker – from berry to mint, sweet citrus or pine,” the website reads.

Jay-Z joins the ranks of other celebrities with cannabis companies, including Snoop Dogg, Whoopi Goldberg and Willie Nelson, to name a few.
