The Grammy Awards have been the epitome of music upper echelon, but you may be surprised at who has not received the coveted honor.

Legendary singer Charlie Wilson appeared on the Wendy Williams Show Thursday and revealed that he has not won a Grammy, despite having more number one hits than any one in his musical genre.

Wilson’s music spands over four decades, from his time with the Gap Band, to his illustrious solo career.

This got us thinking about who else may have been slighted by the ‘Grammy Gods’ and we think that you may be shocked.

Take a look at the list below:

Brian McKnight– The R&B singer has 17 nominations but has never won.

Snoop Dogg– The Dogfather is holding strong at 16 nominations, but has yet to seal the deal.

Diana Ross – We could not believe the legendary ‘Supreme’ and ‘Queen of Disco’ has never won a Grammy.

Nas – Mr. Nasir may be a legend in the streets, but with 14 nominations, he still can’t take home the prize.

Nikki Minaj – Although she is what some may feel is a newcomer, Minaj has broken many chart records, but winning a Grammy is still out of reach.

Queen – Freddie Mercury and his band influenced a generation, so it is hard to believe that they never won a Grammy.

Tupac Shakur and the Notorious BIG – Theses two rap pioneers changed the game forever, but none took home the much-deserved top brass before leaving us.
