Want a quick trip, but don’t feel like waiting in the long lines at your major airports? Well, if you’re in Texas, no worries, a private jet company just made the skies a little bit friendlier for you!

JSX––the nation’s highest rated regional air carrier according to the Airline Passenger Experience Association  (APEX)––is bringing service to its second U.S. region with its official Texas debut, whick kicked off Friday, November 20. Ahead of the holiday season and as domestic travel is predicted to continue gathering steam, JSX is offering daily roundtrip service between private terminals at Dallas Love Field and Houston’s William P. Hobby Airport with flights starting at only $99 each way. The carrier has been flying once-a-week roundtrip flights between Love Field and Las Vegas since mid-June.

As part of its entry into the Texas market, JSX is introducing an industry-first seating configuration that features 30 comfortable single seats in a 1×1 layout, each with a minimum of 35-inches of legroom and no overhead bins to allow for premium comfort and social distancing even in the air.

Named by Fast Company as one of the “Most Innovative Companies” of 2020, JSX provides a private jet travel experience at pricing that rivals most commercial airlines. The Dallas-based regional air carrier recently dubbed its category of air travel as“hop-on jet service”––due to the fact that customers may arrive just 20 minutes prior to departure at private terminals and simply “hop on”––and has been specializing in short-distance travel in the Western part of the U.S. since 2016. In 2018, JSX relocated its headquarters from Irvine, California to Dallas, Texas in anticipation of its expansion to the Texas region and beyond.

“Texas has been in our sights for a long time and I am thrilled to introduce our unique way of flying to the Lone Star State,” stated CEO Alex WIlcox. “The mission––and meaning––behind JSX is to provide a ‘Joyful, Simple eXperience’ that harkens back to the simpler and happier days of air travel. We’re proud to say that we have delivered that to hundreds of thousands of customers on tens of thousands of flights for which our team consistently achieves an astounding Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85 or more. Although the pandemic slowed our growth plans, which were on pace to more than double for the fifth consecutive year, we are seeing an upward trend in bookings due to our award-winning service and the crowd-free alternative JSX provides to commercial air travel.”

JSX offers many industry-leading features including 30-seat jets, free in-flight snacks and cocktails, two complimentary checked bags, a pet-friendly policy (small dogs and cats fly at no charge!) and is the only air carrier to be certified as autism friendly. JSX is also setting the industry standard as one of the safest, simplest, and most streamlined ways of flying via its JSX Simpli-Fly program.

Secure. Safe. Simple. Introducing You To JSX Simpli-Fly

In May 2020, JSX introduced a new meaning to the  term ‘safe travels’ via its new ‘JSX Simpli-Fly’ program, which encompasses all the critical elements of the security, safety and sterilization processes––allowing customers to skip the crowds, hop on, and simply fly. Features of the program include:

  • Increased aircraft and lounge sterilization throughout the day and advanced HEPA air circulation inflight
  • Temperature Measurement Machine (TMM), a contactless, real-time, AI-enabled thermal scanning process that accurately detects elevated body temperatures and verifies their identity as customers check in for their flights
  • Only 30 customers per flight, with no middle seats or overhead bins
  • Touchless check-in to boarding procedures that take no more than 20 minutes, minimizing dwell time
  • Fast deplaning and limited bag handling, with bags delivered moments after arrival
  • Free inflight beverages, snacks and cocktails – no credit card needed.

A New Definition of Flying Solo: JSX’s Revolutionary All Single Seating Aircraft

JSX is introducing its newly retrofitted Embraer 145 jets featuring 30-single seats in a 1×1 configurationexclusively in the Texas market. The seats feature a minimum of 35-inches of legroom. Seats on the left side of the aircraft also have an additional perk with a leather-covered cocktail table and work area allowing for even more side-to-side room and a uniquely spacious experience.

The luxuriously appointed jets will be the first of their kind servicing Texas’ public air space.
